Miroslav Šperka

Paulina Šperková

  • "I studied law in Krakow, Tilburg, and Kiev. I graduated from the Academy of Intellectual Property Law at the Jagiellonian University. I manage the Polish branch office of the V4 Group, where I'm responsible for our firm’s legal practice.
  • I've been providing legal assistance to Slovak and Czech businesses for many years. The choice was quite natural because my husband is Slovak. I found a lucrative market gap for lawyers and tax advisors who speak languages that are not as commonly used, and can help clients to get familiar with local regulations of the Central European countries. English and Russian aside, I speak Polish, Slovak, and Czech."

Michal Jelínek

  • Michal Jelínek graduated from the Prague University of Economics and Business, where he completed the doctorate in Finance in 2012. Following his MA graduation he joined Ernst & Young and subsequently BDO Tax.
  • From 2012 Michal Jelínek is a partner of a consultancy group V4 Group and, at the same time, an executive director of V4 Audit, s.r.o. (CZ), V4 Tax, s.r.o. (CZ), V4 Tax, s.r.o. (SK) and V4 Group, Kft. (HU), which are the V4 Group companies specializing in providing tax consultancy services.
  • Michal’s specialism in international taxation, tax planning and transfer pricing. Most recently he is focusing on cryptocurrency trading transactions taxation.
  • His articles are regularly published in professional journals and he often comments on current issues in the field of accounting and tax. He lectures at the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic, the Industrial Property Office and a number of other organizations. He occasionally lectures at the Faculty of Economics at Vysoká škola Báňská – Technical University Ostrava (VŠB-TUO).

Dawid Widzyk

  • Dawid graduated in law from the University of Warsaw. He has also completed two years of postgraduate studies in international tax law at the University of Vienna. Dawid is a partner at V4 Group Poland.

Magdalena Sławińska-Rzemek

  • Magda holds a degree in law from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, and then completed postgraduate studies in Foreign Trade at the Krakow University of Economics. She is a member of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors in Poland and a judge of the Disciplinary Court of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors for her 6th term.

JUDr. Mária Hanuliaková

  • I see advocacy as a mission – helping and looking for solutions even where it seems impossible and lost. Everything new presents a challenge and motivation to me. Appreciation and gratitude of clients bring most satisfaction to me.
  • I graduated from the Faculty of Law of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. I already began gaining practical knowledge through internship in law firms, AK PRESPERINOVA, s.r.o. and AKSK, s.r.o. After graduating from the university, I focused on the field of bankruptcy law and law of restructuring and worked in HMG Recovery, k.s., an asset management company. Later, I worked at V4 Legal, s.r.o., where I started as a trainee lawyer, later as a senior lawyer, and I currently work as a managing partner and a lawyer.
  • In my legal practice, I specialise in the fields of commercial and civil law, especially the area of commitments, corporate law – mergers, acquisition, including property law, bankruptcy law and law of restructuring.
  • I am also an insolvency trustee registered in the Register of Insolvency Trustees of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic. I communicate with my clients in Slovak, English and Polish.

Ing. Lenka Hýblerová

  • Ing. Lenka Hýblerová graduated from the Technical University. After completing her studies, she passed the exams as a tax and accounting specialist as part of a retraining course. In 1999, she founded the company D.U.K. H&C s.r.o. as the majority owner. The company under her management has received very good reviews for its activities over the years. In 2018, the company joined the V4 Group.

JUDr. Monika Kľúčiková

  • After graduating from the Faculty of Law of Trnava University, she started working at V4 Legal, s.r.o. in 2015 as a trainee lawyer and, since 2021, she has been cooperating as a lawyer with V4 Legal, s.r.o.
  • In her lawyer’s practice, Monika mainly focuses on commercial, civil, tax, labour, and property law. She is motivated by solving clients’ legal problems successfully, especially in the area of more complex and often more time-demanding projects, such as cross-border mergers, change of legal form, and development projects.
  • She provides her legal services in Slovak, English and Polish. When communicating with clients, her main values are expertise, professionality, looking for the most optimal solutions in the interest of clients, and precision.

Mgr. Marek Chromjak

  • Apart from other reasons, I practice law because of the great feeling I have when my work helps the client to successfully defend their rights or exert their claim before the court or other bodies, even in cases where it may seem impossible to them.
  • I specialise in representing the clients in court and arbitration procedures and defending them in criminal proceedings. In relation to substantive law, I mainly focus on property, commercial and sports law. I communicate in Slovak, English as well as Polish.
  • I graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Commenius University in Bratislava. I already started gaining work experience during studies at another law firm, later at Administrative Cases Division of the Supreme Court of SR. Currently, I have been cooperating for several years as a lawyer with V4 Legal, a Slovak law firm.

Mgr. Matej Michalec, LL.M

  • Matej’s long-term area of expertise is the intellectual property law with closer focus on EU trademarks and designs. Apart from numerous standard register operations, he has been in dozens of proceedings in which he successfully represented his clients before EUIPO in foreign-language disputes with foreign companies. As a part of his expertise, he also provides advice for cross-border management of complex trademark portfolios with specific focus on China. His clients include, for example, a well-known Chinese mobile phone producer, one of the biggest printing product manufacturer in Middle Europe, and an important Czech electrotechnical brand.
  • Matej also deals with the topic of EU trademarks in his publishing activities, his articles have also been published by prestigious foreign publishers, such as Oxford University Press and C.H. Beck.
  • He studied at the Faculty of Law of Trnava University and at the University of Edinburgh School of Law in the program of Intellectual Property Law & Chinese. In China, he participated in a special exchange project focused on the intellectual property law. In the past, he also worked at European Patent Organisation (EPO) in Vienna and Munich.

Adela Smažáková

  • Adéla is a graduate of the Turzovka Grammar School, which she completed in 1997. After school she worked as an assistant in a company in Bratislava. In 2006 she started to work in accounting. She completed a course in double-entry bookkeeping, which ended with a certificate.
  • Since 2014 she has been employed at V4 Group, and since 2016 she has been working as a chief accountant and head of the accounting department. She is responsible for the operation of the office in Čadca.
  • Together with a team of 25 bookkeepers and payroll accountants, she provides complete bookkeeping services, including preparation of financial statements and payroll for Slovak, Czech and Polish clients.
  • Adála provides accounting advice to clients and represents them in tax audits before tax authorities or other institutions.
  • For new clients, she negotiates the terms of cooperation, sets up the accounting program and appoints the accountant who will continue the client's accounting.

Chief payroll accountant

Mária Beleščáková

  • Mária Beleščáková is a graduate of the Hotel Academy in Čadca, which she successfully completed in 2007. After graduating from the Academy, she worked as a transport manager in a transport company, where she had the opportunity to apply her organizational skills in coordinating employees, communicating with clients, etc.
  • For the last 10 years Maria has been working in payroll and HR. Since 2016, she has been working at V4 Account as a senior payroll accountant. In her role Maria is responsible for running of the office from the payroll processing perspective.
  • Maria advises clients on payroll and human resources matters, she represents clients during audits carried out by Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Labour Inspection Office.
  • She negotiates the terms of cooperation in the field of payroll and human resources with new clients providing comprehensive advice and tailoring of the solution based on the client’s bespoke requirements, while handing over the agenda to a responsible payroll accountant that will processes payroll for the company.
  • In 2023 she completed a course organized by the Centrum účtovníkov Slovenska, s.r.o. (Accountants‘ Centre of Slovakia) and obtained a Payroll Specialist Certificate.

Michaela Suchoňová

  • Michaela graduated from secondary vocational school as a technical-economic worker in Kysucké Nové Mesto. After school she started working as an assistant, invoice clerk and then as an accountant. She completed several courses starting with "Double-entry accounting" at the Agentúra Jaspis s.r.o., and obtained a Certificate. Subsequently, she took the course "Accountant" - Ing. Daniela Hrivíková Midaro, where she completed a comprehensive training on Simple Accounting, Double-entry Accounting, Payroll Accounting and ended with a Certificate. She has been actively involved in accounting for 16 years, during which she has continued her qualification on other accredited courses. In 2021 she completed the accredited course Accountant Expert at the Centre of Accountants of Slovakia in the modules Tax Laws in Practice, Double Entry Accounting and Financial Statements of Legal Entities, Payroll and Personnel Management. She continued in 2023 by completing the accredited course Tax Specialist also in the Centre of Accountants of Slovakia.
  • She has been working at V4 Group since 2018, where her main responsibility is to process the complete accounting agenda of clients, from setting up accounts, VAT processing, statistics, consulting, documents for banks to the processing of financial statements and tax returns. Since 2021, it also manages Czech agendas, where it also handles complete accounting, VAT to financial statements and tax returns.

Jacek Bajson

  • Jacek graduated with a law degree from Warsaw University, various management courses (including IMD in Lausanne), as well as EY and PwC training programs. He is a tax advisor at V4 Tax.
